How the Texas Apartment Cash Back Program Works

1. You find the apartment.
Search wherever you like — apartment websites, Google, Apartments.com, YouTube, or our future search tool.

2. You contact MK Luxe Locators first.
This is important. You must reach out before contacting, touring, applying, requesting information, or submitting a guest card.

3. We check eligibility.
We review whether the apartment may pay a broker/locator commission and what registration steps are required.

4. You sign the tenant representation agreement.
If eligible, you sign an agreement confirming that MK Luxe Locators represents you as your broker/locator.

5. You lease and move in.
If the apartment recognizes MK Luxe Locators and pays our brokerage, your eligible rebate is paid after we receive cleared funds.

How much cash back can I receive?

Qualifying renters may receive up to $750 cash back on eligible luxury apartment leases.

Rebates are based on the broker/locator commission actually received by MK Luxe Locators. Rebates are not guaranteed. No rebate is owed unless and until the apartment community recognizes MK Luxe Locators as your broker/locator, approves your lease, confirms move-in, pays our brokerage, and funds have cleared.

Are you a Texas real estate agent or broker leasing for yourself?

Many apartment communities will not allow agents or brokers to represent themselves for a locator commission. If you are leasing an apartment for yourself, MK Luxe Locators may be able to represent you as the tenant and offer cash back after the apartment pays our brokerage.
